What happens when you let your soon-to-be ex-wife borrow your Cadillac...

Due to legal reasons, I let my soon-to-be ex-wife borrow my Cadillac CTS up until the divorce hearing. To make a long story short, 15 minutes after the temporary divorce hearing was over with, she was in a head-on collision with a truck, totalling my pride and joy. Luckily, nobody was hurt too bad except my car and wallet.

I am still unsure who was at fault (police are slow when it comes to turning their traffic reports in around here). I am only assuming that where the damage was done to the car (at an intersection) and that I had to pay the insurance deductible that it was my soon-to-be ex-wife's fault. Only a guess though...
